For those clients who, for logistical purposes, wish to engage Kyle Timothy Home to represent their interests in dealings with architects and builders from a remote location, Kyle Timothy will merge his knowledge of architectural/interior creation as well as the building process to create a well-designed “shell” for absentee homeowners. Services include reviewing blueprints and elevations; considering building materials; compiling budgets; developing timelines; keeping charge of change orders; and specifying finishes. - Project Management
Kyle Timothy will visit your construction site on a regular basis to ensure that both big-picture decisions and important details are implemented, keeping you up to speed and keeping all parties on the same page. - Interior-Design Services
Versed in a variety of aesthetic styles, familiar with products for all areas of the homes (kitchen and bathrooms, especially), and having built strong relationships with reliable vendors, Kyle Timothy Home will design the ideal home for you and your family.
